The Tickle Tuner is an haptic device suitable for musical training for cochlear implants users. The prototype is composed by two high-quality haptuators and an external DAC hosted in a 3D printed enclosure coupled with a mobile phone.

This prototype feature high fidelity haptuators capable of conveying powerful and accurate vibrations. Haptics can be used to carry useful sound information together with the Cochlear Implants.

You can connect your mobile phone through the USB-C port without installing any program and play audio sources directly on your device. Tickle Tuner features an audio output to connect your Cochlear Implant streamer to have the audio + haptics full experience.

The Tickle Tuner is 3D printed and the handles feature an ergonomic shape obtained from molded clay and 3D scanning.
