1. REGISTER YOUR GROUP
Before placing your first booking, register your group using the below form. You only have to do this once every semester.
2. CHECK AVAILABILITY:

Note: the lab staff reserves the rights to change the schedule, if the bookings are unfairly distributed among students, if members of staff need the lab for running studies, or if we have external visitors.
3. PLACE YOUR BOOKING:
Place your booking by filling out the booking form:
You will receive a confirmation mail once your booking is complete. After receiving this mail, please check that the online schedule with current bookings has been updated and that the reservation matches your request:
4. GET ACCESS:
To enter the lab you will need an access card. You can get this card from Niels Christian Nilsson (firstname.lastname@example.org) who have offices on the 4th floor of ACM15.
5. FOLLOW THE RULES:
When using the lab, please follow the rules:
6. RETURN THE ACCESS CARD:
Return the access by putting it in the mailbox (to the right of the door when you are leaving the lab). Usually you are allowed to keep the access card for the duration of the semester. However, make sure you return it when you are done using the equipment and before the end of the semester.
